A Squared Armory gets to supply some flintlocks and blunderbuss to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in New York. The guns are going to be used as part of the Pirates of the Caribbean display. They are going to be the weapons wielded by Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp). How cool is that! One thing I love so much about the Armory is the opportunities I get to contribute to museums, plays, and movies. There’s nothing better than seeing my own products used in art.

I recently revamped one of my other stores based on customer feedback and it went over very well. I want to do the same with A Squared Armory, so tell me how you like your medieval weaponry sites!
I get a lot of emails from people looking for battle worthy weaponry, thankfully A2 Armory has it. We have a full line SCA Battle Shields - both heater and round - that are ready to go right out of the box. We have over 30 designs you can choose from or you can just get a simple plain shield. We can also do custom paint work on these shields, all we need is a jpg of your design and breakdown of the colors and we’ll have it ready for you in 2 weeks. We also offer several SCA regulation helmets such as the 14 gauge Pembridge Great Helm and the 16 gauge Clamshell Close Helmet. These are not only battle worthy, they are also authentically styled. As far as swords go, we have a full line of wooden practice swords that can take a serious beating. The practice sword styles range from medieval and pirate styles to katana and daitos. Each is made as an exact wooden replica of the real thing so you get the right feel while you’re fighting.
I mentioned in my last post that we’ve been adding new swords and weapons from Toledo swords, one of those most recognizable medieval weapons manufacturers in the world. Well we still have a lot more to add but here are a few pieces that are up now. Dragon Fantasy Sword, this sword has an amazing hilt and handguard, it has to be seen to be believed. Dragon Skull Cyclone Knife, this cyclone blade is totally badass it comes with a plaque or you can just hang it on the wall on its own, it’s awesome. Renaissance Dagger, this medieval dagger is very beautiful and extremely inexpensive, it’s great for your own collection or makes an impressive gift.
